unfortunately not, so you'd have to check and stop it at the voltage you want for storage.

Couldn't you just set the desired voltage or capacity on say a LiPo battery and the charger would then stop at the set voltage, no? Question is would it discharge to a lower set voltage or capacity from a battery in a fully charged state?

You SHOULD be, but once it see's it's a lipo, it forces a 4.20 level...at least on mine anyway.
