And it's genuinely confirned that SSB9 has been around for at least that long, so I'd believe they met. Edit: I just checked, and apparently David Firth confirmed he did indeed see SSB9 20-25 years ago, and only remembers because of his distinct appearance. I don't think he's trying to justify his actions by calling himself out with his other accounts. I think being called out for what he's doing is part of the thrill for him because he used to do this stuff in public more often. @@kalnfornia It's the Punishment vs. Rehabilitation dilemma. Do you want to just punish people or do you want to try and make them better, so when they get out, they don't reoffend. The logic here being that shorter sentences makes it easier for the perpetrator to be resocialized in society. None of this have anything to do with my personal opinion on the subject, but that is why they have shorter sentences.

This is the scary side of mental illness... it's not all beautiful women being "quirky", it's also deeply depraved and wounded individuals who were probably victims themselves at one point. Accounts like these should be wake-up calls to mental health professionals that there needs to be more awareness of what to look for in these individuals. There should be far more research done in the identification of people like this and how to properly handle and deal with them. There should be a larger detective unit that does thorough research on clues and hints that these individuals are dropping as only 1% of online predators are caught... I noticed the uncanny fetishism right away and asked an older peer with children if she noticed them and she did not. Most parents are not even properly educated on what to look for in suspicious online activity. Detectives should be those who are extremely tech saavy who know about the dark web and do proper research without having to rely on AI so heavily. Most predatory detectives are out of the loop and wouldn't even notice the subtle ones that are lurking in plain sight.

Along with this the system is quite limited in these types of areas as technically this creeps not done anything - but someone doing something minor is more likely to be prosecuted is what everyone is trying to say.
