There are plants that need really specific temperatures and humidity to germinate, and every plant is different... It is not expensive only if it's big, the difficulty to grow is more important in the price..

Some input on the seagull hierarchy discourse: I took an ornithology course in college and we took many birding field trips to wetlands to observe water birds. There’s often signs at these places depicting different birds that are common in the area and describing them. Seagulls pictures almost always said “Diet: garbage” 🤷🏼♀️ use that info as you so please

Monstera actually do grow fruit! In the right conditions not typically on house plants but you can eat parts of it and it looks really cool you guys should look into it!
@tatepruitt41657 ай бұрын
I have to add to the monstera discussion😅 Thai Constellation is also becoming less expensive because they found out it’s a genetic mutation and can be replicated easier. While say an Albo Monstera is caused from the plant getting sick and isn’t as easy to replicate. So prices for Thai Constellation are going down because they can manufacture it but Albo will stay the same until there is an easier way to reproduce it.

I understand Josh's point about not being a douche and listing out reasons you disagree with somebody, but some people (mostly men) complain about some ridiculous shit and its ok to tell them why they are insane instead of just saying fuck you.

38:05 Fun fact regarding Doves and Pigeons. Pablo Picasso loved pigeons, but not doves. I’m not sure if it was because of or in conjunction with a time he rescued an injured dove and put it in the cage with his pigeon and the dove murdered his pigeon. 😂

34:24 Wait, I have only known shoobie or as a NJ term, the judgies know about shoobies?
@burgiegeorge7 ай бұрын
Doves actually are Pigeons, just white. They are one of, if not the only, domesticated bird. We bred and raise them to rely on humans and then ditched them when they became "useless". That's why they are such a problem, similar to feral cats if that makes. They deserve better, they are super friendly and intelligent birds. Also I think a lot of people go hard on Pissy for interruptions, but it's actually common for people with ADHD to process auditory things a bit slower, so they tend to think of responses a beat after something. Not saying I know for a fact that's something he struggles with ofc. But just putting that out there. I get the frustration tho, I have a husband and brother with pretty bad ADHD, so they end up interrupting me a lot. It's a balancing act since they aren't doing it maliciously and have less control over it, but it does affect me negatively regardless.
