Thank you for this video - it really opened things up for me. Loving BOC vibes. You video got me to spend more time shaping sounds in synth engine. Thank you.

7:30 in both the human and monkey FINGER sequencers (synth and drum) you can press the right and left arrow keys nt he left bottom of the FIELD. I thought this would transpose the pitch of the notes, but it doesn't. But pressing these adds "+1, +2, +3, +4" etc. You can see the +4 on his display. What does this do? thanks

Hey thx for the video! One question: I didn't understand the part about "adding rests" in endless mode using the arrow. Can you elaborate? Thx!
@Digiphex Жыл бұрын
Note press adds a step, arrow adds a rest.

The opening music? Is it yours, I'd love to hear the full version
@Digiphex2 жыл бұрын
Yes, it is just something I did to demo the sequencer. It is inspired by Boards of Canada Happy Cycling.

@@Digiphex Cool, love the melody. The sequencer seems really creative & inspiring, gonna have to look at some software for these sorts of creative moments, regular piano roll / playing can feel too pre-conceived at times. Can't justify the outlay for the OP-1 field though.

Thanks for the tutorial! It seemed like when you had the audio output connected it was pretty noisy. Is that just normal for the device?

No it is dead quiet. I had some vintage FX that had the hiss still turned on.

Can you input notes on Endless with MIDI? I tested it and failed.
@Digiphex2 жыл бұрын
I'll try that. I noticed that you can't get an octave with it so it is a bit more limited in that sense than I had thought.
@Digiphex2 жыл бұрын
I tried MIDI, no it does not.
