I don't recall from the "we're level four!" video, but if she took 2 levels of bard and 2 levels of rogue, she's still at 1d6 sneak attack.

Also, my group is working our way through the Planescape mega-adventure, and I just recently frustrated the GM by NOPE-ing a slaad infection because Paladin.

Note about Ingrid's rapier: it's not light, so she won't be able to dual wield like she used to from time to time

No, I believe in 5e undead are just resistant or immune to necrotic. I don't think that system is in 5e.
