How do u setup a fryer to have 2 timers per fryer instead of 1?

Hi Brandon, you should be able to turn the main power switch off, press and hold the #2 button and turn the main power switch back on while still holding the #2 button. That should do it for ya. If that doesn't work then you can reach out to our Tech Support Dept. @ 800 417 8405.
