Hello guys I am training for armwrestling for 3 months at home I make progress in weight lifting but on table I easily lose by weaker players .Is anyone know the solution

1. It's take a time. Table practice is more then weightlifting till you build base aw power. 2 maybe you train wrong exercise. Don't look on Devon Larratt training. Find inspiration on Europeans like Rhino Masič, engin terzi, Russians like Cyplenkov or Georgians. Focus on wrist, fingers, hummer curls, back exercise and pressing.
