This is a really INTENSE little game - which belies is soft and cute cartoonish art style. Beautiful to look at. A "snap in a grid" feature sounds like it would help the game. You always had to fiddle with building placement to not waste space. If buildings were placed on a grid then this wouldn't be a problem.

You kept mentioning Stronghold but I feel like you were talking about Kingdom, because Stronghold is an isometric RTS like Age of Empires except you can build castle walls and custom design your forts, whereas this game is identical to Kingdom, Life is Hard, games like that.

I hate to break your immersion, but in stronghold, you WERE able to pause, build and plan at a leisurely pace. IIRC you couldn't build on pause in stronghold legends

You should've played a few levels more. Difficulty and balancing are absolutely terrible. You have to restart every level a bunch of times just to figure out the right way to survive the first attack, let alone the second. There are some missions where I have absolutely no clue how one should even beat them on a difficulty higher than easy. It's absurd.

I don't get this game. I booted it up ready for a good time but after clicking through the dialogue boxes I found myself baffled. I couldn't do anything! I looked around the screen for a missing tutorial or maybe even some hints, but nothing. No energy reservoirs, no deck or discard pile. Hell, no hand of cards! I don't understand how I am supposed to progress when the game didn't even let my draw my mandatory 5-6 cards. Tried restarting but it didn't change anything, which was weird, I thought every run was supposed to be unique? Maybe if I get enough meta currency, I can unlock some new cards to enable for more optimal archetypes to let me progress further. Wish me luck!

WHAT A SELLOUT, I went into reviews, and it only has 32 reviews and one negative, but issue is the size of the game is for sure small and asking price is only 12 dollars but on sell for a dollar lower this tell me one thing that the game has only a few real missions and it is clear looking at even the positive reviews. Honest reviews maybe not in your vocabulary but getting views and such should be.

Hey! Developer of the game here - I am unsure why you write this. It is true the game has some balancing issues and some levels are unintentionally difficult but I am working on it and levels are getting tweaked daily. In case the game is difficult there are difficulty settings ranging from 'very easy' to 'extreme'. You can tweak this yourself. The game is not small. There are over 26 levels and many different unit types. I am currently working on a whole new additional third game mode. I hope you try out the game to see for yourself. If you genuinely and honestly don't like it then you should refund. I do very much appreciate you voicing your opinion! I genuinely do. Have a fantastic day! - Robin.
