I agree, I would never make fun of others. But I also think that as humans, we need to develop self-awareness and strive to improve ourselves. If her friends and coworkers did not point it out to her, she deserves to know she CAN improve her communication skills. It's not a style, it's a skill. That being said, my IQ is probably a couple of points below her so I'm just going to shut up now. :)

She's a textbook expert-introvert with an element of imposter syndrome-ranting about her passions like a girl blushing over her crush. She's young & will improve. Cheering for here. From a product and development standpoint: it's worth to listen what happen in the top AI pioneers. Every detail matters, and the dynamic communication between human experts like Karina and her engineering team remains crucial. However, maybe in three years, Karina might simply “talk” with “OpenAI n” to research and build “OpenAI n+1” or even launch entirely new features.
