Our christmas traditions is decorating as a family, making christmas cookies, opening a present the night before and then christmas morning everyone gets together for gifts, breakfast, and christmas movies. We got alot lol love the build you don't give yourself enough credit when doing builds!

I usually watch NBA basketball and the "A Christmas Story" marathon on TV. I used to work every Christmas for 17 years, so it's nice to lounge around the house on the holiday now.

Every christmas eve I let my children open their Christmas Eve gift, which always consist of new pajamas, hot Coco. Popcorn a sweet treat. And then we stay up for a few hours and watch christmas movies together and enjoy our cocoa and popcorn in our pajamas

Our Christmas tradition starts on Christmas Eve and ends Christmas morning. We exchange Christmas Eve gifts-pjs, cocoa, festive mugs, snacks, etc), change into our pjs and use everything that night to watch old Christmas specials until we pass out! Whoever was the last to fall asleep opens the first gift and chooses breakfast🎄Merry Christmas, Carla!

My Christmas tradition is listening to Christmas songs, watching It's a Wonderful Life, and having a big Christmas dinner with my extended family. Our Christmas tradition is Family plus "adopted" kids gathering for Christmas Breakfast. Everyone brings a gift early (which I re-wrap) and do a trade. My "adopted" kids are my kids' friends who grew up in our house. It's become my favorite holiday since my childhood was very unhappy/toxic. ETA - I don't need a code as I already have all the game add-ons but just wanted to share ❤

My Xmas tradition growing up was for my dad to get upset/mad about something, cause a huge scene, threaten to divorce my mom and leave. 💀 For years it would ruin the day and my mom would be sad. At some point we just waited for him to leave and throw his fit so we could actually enjoy our holiday. Now that I have my own family my tradition is to STAY HOME FOR XMAS DAY! I don’t want to do shit except relax in my PJs, have some goodies and enjoy the day with my family. No driving. No hosting. No staying out late. NO FIGHTING. I’m always easy on the kids and try to be extra patient with them. It might not be much but it’s not often that everyone in my home gets to simply spend a day together and that is special to me.

My Christmas tradition is making biscuits and gravy for breakfast and then a good steak for dinner. And in between food and a couple movies- as much lounging/napping as humanly possible. I celebrate with just my girlfriend and dog so it’s a lot less stressful than a full trip home. My favorite part about it is the simplicity.

My Christmas tradition is to be invited to someone's house so I don't have to do any cooking. being a retired celebrity chef is a refreshing change to be invited out and not have everyone coming to my house expecting a glamourous buffet styled Christmas meal. Also I wrap all my presents to give out in dinosaur paper instead of Christmas paper.

A tradition my family does is on christmas eve, we get new pajamas and watch polar express while drinking hot chocolate. Then all the adults spend the rest of the night wrapping gifts.

Christmas for my family is everyone piling over together at my mom's house either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day (this year it's Christmas Day, last year it was Eve lol) and having a nice meal together. Sometimes it's a Thanksgiving 2.0 dinner, but this year we're planning on cheesesteak sliders and ham sliders. There's either a Christmas movie or a football game playing, but we all watch A Christmas Story every single year! My husband and I also set aside time to watch It's A Wonderful Life. It will never get old.

We get to open 1 present on Christmas Eve. Then we got our stockings on our beds so when we woke up at 5 or 6 am we had something to do to keep us busy for a bit without waking the rest of the family. We would have cinnamon rolls for breakfast and then present time! After presents it was Christmas movies like Christmas Vacation, Elf and A Christmas Story

My family’s Christmas tradition was dragging me around to four different houses every year because none of them could stand each other long enough for it to be one big holiday 😂 my husband and I are (as of next year) doing Christmas activities (decorating, watching themed movies, ect.) and attending Christmas events and markets in the lead up to the big day; and maybe going interstate every couple years to spend it with family.

My family’s tradition is we play A Christmas Story on repeat starting from when the first person wakes up until the movie is finished after we finish presents. So like if we finish opening gifts and there are still 40 min left of the movie, we watch it and then turn it off and continue our Christmas Day!

Every Christmas eve my entire life my parents allowed us to open one gift. I was always excited because everyone always got basically the same thing. A brand new set of pajamas, a box or tin of hot cocoa in the flavor we loved, a package of cookies baked by my mother or grandmother & last they would always add a new book to help us get to sleep that night. We would then put on The Chipmunks Christmas Album, read the Cajun Night before Christmas and go to bed. I now have 4 kids of my own and 1 grandchild and I am still doing this every year.

My family tradition on Christmas day is to light a candle for each person that is here with us to celebrate Christmas and we sing Happy birthday to Jesus, blow out the candles and my mom says the candy came poem. Before we open any presents. All done in the morning.

No old holiday traditions anymore, I'm afraid. The kids are grown and too busy with work and doing their own things. The new thing my fiance and I have been doing is playing movies and watching them in discord with family that's hundreds of miles away and a few friends.
