This video speaks my heart. As a gay man, I've suppressed myself a lot which makes me feel completely unhappy. But now I'm more open about my sexuality, which makes life easier although there's discrimination around. Thank you, Teal.

Everyone deserves to be happy, use our skills and talents to contribute to the society and retain the fruit of our labor. As long as we do not harass anyone, touch teens or married men that just had a baby, pack on unprotected boys, or try create world in our own image and tell everyone that there is no gender at all which we are suffering at the moment in 2022 as a part of Covid Global Domination Strategy and from acceptance we came to promotion, which are 2 very different things. Glenn Greenwald is a wonderful example of a valuable contribution to the society with fearless eloquence. He helped Snowden expose illegal surveillance, and is currently fearlessly dismantling the mirage of Covid Global Domination. What his sexuallity is is only His business. Just like our sexuality is nobody's business, and that privacy is to be respected. Glenn Greenwald is simply a respected member of the society. 🕊❣

Yes, it's by far deffinatly not a perfect world!!! And actually not getting any safer. To expose yourself will ultimately lead to harm or death. But I am not so sure it is necessary that we expose ourselves to everyone! Just that we have a core circle that we surround ourself with that we can be open with.

This video and Spirituality 2.0 go hand in hand for me. They're both hitting me HARD!!!!! Complete openness is total surrender .... just letting go of all wanting and grabbing and just BE with THIS MOMENT right now. Whatever is there IS THERE. Just BE totally with it. NO resisting. No running away. No running off after something else in order to cover up, bury, deny, suppress or run away from my feelings. Just total embracing of the moment - whatever it is - with an "I AM HERE NOW" presence of mind. Or an "I AM WITH YOU NOW" presence of mind. Long have I thought that being spiritual meant NEVER having any negative feelings or emotions. I was wrong! Being spiritual means being able to FEEL EVERYTHING, no matter what it is. It means being being TOTALLY open in the moment. It means never running away, never putting up an unnatural facade. To be authentic means being totally present in the present moment. There is one person I have never gotten to truly know in this lifetime. MYSELF. My past actions, feelings, emotions, etc, have largely been driven by living a life chasing after what others have told me I need to chase after. Or doing things they told me I needed to do. Or feeling in a certain because I was told I HAD to feel that certain way. WHAT NON-SENSE!!!! I AM ENOUGH!!!!! JUST AS I AM RIGHT NOW THIS VERY MOMENT!!!!!

There is one absolute gem in this and that is... "People who fear exposing themselves without exception were raised in environments where there was a heavy atmosphere of shame. It would be impossible to be embarrassed if you are not first ashamed of being yourself. (A) person does not become ashamed of being themselves unless they are exposed to someone who convinces them that they should be" Teal I have already quoted you and, if you agree, will continue to quote you on this one. Thank you, love the way you put things.... clear and simple.

SUMMARY - Openness (Why it is Crucial to Be Open) - Teal Swan Being open allows source fully expression through you without restricitons when you dont follow your emotional guidance system this is painful openness feels good instead openness vs. constriction constrictions keeping secrets, turning ourselves down to be accepted, doing things we dont want to do, closed minded not being open to new ideas and possiblities, not being honest, not sharing, isolating ourselves, seeing love in finite quantity, not admiting and going after our needs and wants, not expressing our emotions, fiting ourselves into a life dictated by society and much more... emotions and body suffers from constrictions expecially the lungs and heart we fear exposure and being ourselves most people choose to close ourselves down, to be invisible, hide universe is all inclusive, all one everything you experience is not yours but everyones people with great fear of expressing themselves were raised in a heave atmosphere of shame they are ashamed of being themselves cause they were convinced that they should be nothing anyone can do to us can cause us the pain that we feel constricting our own being an arrow can only pierce into something that resists it if we constrict ourselves we are resitant to what we fear and they can hurt us if we are open nothing can hurt us, we are like water to achieve self awareness we need to express ourselves fully to learn from one another we need to express ourselves Who decided what was tastefull and what untastefule? The idea to restrict yourself comes directly from self hate we have all time during the day the chose to be open or closed ask yourself: How am I restricting myself or let myself be restricted? make the necessary changes to be open to restrict yourself or anyone else means to restrict the flow of source energy through your body commit to openness in order to live a spiritual life with happiness Thanks Teal

when i did acid with a very close friend of mine and his close friend, we opened up so much that now they both refuse to trip with me. I made them question so many things, and think deeply about their problems, and we thought deeply about my problems. we opened up and revealed so many secrets and everything on our mind that we opened up too much. I felt super guilty about it after words and i came down very badly like it was all my fault because it was my first time tripping and I didnt trip "correctly" I said too much and made them say too much. I still hang out with my close friend, he is understanding. Lately, I've been around a lot of people with ulterior motives people not being as real with me as I was with them and so thank you for making this video.

I used to be open when I smoked weed. Then I stopped and closed down. I'm still closed down. I think source energy is not flowing through me a lot. It is painful at times and when I realize that I'm hurting myself but I want to be comfortable. I don't work at the moment and live with my parents. I feel bad because there is more of me (other people) out there suffering not being themselves. Thank you for the great video. You are coming to the same topics of Chinese that I have researched and am happy we connect more. I will probably be more conscious of being open for now on and the importance. Where ever we are.. we are meant to be for the great purpose. The wholeness of us all. I am you. You are me different time place and space.

hit me straight to the heart. Absolutely. It's like me talking to myself of things I already know but sometimes forget. This made me uncover many things and caused hidden emotions to flow. Deep thank you. A bit scary to really see a person who has the same image of reality and universe that I indenpendently "recovered" from myself by myself. Or rather, from the source which I feel a part of. Scary, because you have the same vision of disasters which may be coming if human race won't change direction. There really ain't many people who are so deep into this. And I am a curious spirit, discoverer, teacher, adventurer, healer, warrior, artist etc, so I meet many people. Already decided no to marry, at least not yet, because being "free" allows me to teach people real friendship. This is the new model which lays ground for universal love which connects us all and may change the course of the Earth. Love can do it, but that typical "love for one person" may not be enough... That keeps us divided. We can make pairs for some tasks, like children etc, even for whole lives (that's good sometimes). But it doesn't seem like the purpose of all human beings in times to come. We need to learn how to be a family, or crew. We are the crew of this sinking ship called "Human Earth" right now... Just one more thing - probably we're placed so far away to work, or rather respond to the needs of souls in our areas... There's rapid awakening and it still may be _very_ hard to make this planet and people survive... I wish you all the best Teal, your work is impressive, to say the least. Please keep yourself safe.

Teal's message this week has degrees by which it can practiced. Many mistakenly believe humility and dignity to be mutually exclusive. I am sure Teal, when speaking of being open, is suggesting it be done with a nice mixture of these two characteristics.

I recently came across your videos on you tube by coincidence while I was researching about spirit guides. 10:20 This is the root of worthlessness. We always choose what we believe will make us feel better even if that belief is that we're unworthy because it's better to feel unworthy and be 'good' than feeling worthy and becoming 'bad', haughty, etc... I thoroughly enjoyed this post. Surely many people will use it as a tool of freedom & integrity in their own lives.

If only things were about openness, I can be as open as anyone has ever been, and I find that our natural state is hi-jacked indeed, and TEAL is waiting indeed for someone to take her past where she has been, so she can actually confront the TRUTH. Everyone is, this is why all this material, taught by all mystery schools alike NEVER focus on taking it all the way, reaching beyond any avatars, they actually believe the lie that this is run "naturally". Perhaps I need to ask you a question, one that you cannot answer.
