“Drama” is the word we use to invalidate an emotional experience or an extreme reaction to an emotional experience. 👀😍🤯
@scottchaser14133 жыл бұрын
One thing about dramatizing, I think we as humans sometimes overreact, we react according to the reality that we are perceiving, correct, but sometimes this perceptions is (temporarily) "wrong", because our perspective gets colored, by simply having a bad day for example (you could also read 'a bad day' as 'something that came up from your shadow that day'), and so the next day you realise your perspective yesterday was in a lower vibration, thus your reaction was as well. In this situation it's not that bad or wrong that your partner "calls you out" and says you're dramatic, if anything it could even help you contemplate and make you see that indeed you're in a lower vibe. Assuming thought that you trust your partner and his/her ability to discern between your real (balanced, average) feelings and feelings in a peak steak (which we could call overreacting or dramatic).

SUMMARY - Diving Deep (Shadow Work) - Teal Swan Drama is the word we use if we want to invalidate an emotion or extreme reaction A dramatic person acts as if they were in intense conflict Noone has ever been overreacted We always act in accordance to the reality we are perceiving There is no such thing as drama for human beings People who overreact for the sake of attention feel desperate for attention Deep down they feel unloved, unheard, distrust and dislike themselves, there is no inner peace and they are screaming for other people to save them from themselves Are they overreacting or do they carry out of their perceiption of being unloved, uncared If you invalidate people by being dramatic you invalidate your own feelings it is time to admit how you really feel and not to be ahamed about it Feeling deep levels of shame for feeling how you feel is the real reason why you invalidate and deny the way you feel and why you call others dramatic If you have a resistance to drama you need to know that noone overreacts. You always act in perfect accorance with the reality that you are perceiving We cant stop the up and down of emotions because we are stuck on the surface of things The surface events that cause drama are not just triggers but messangers to become conscious of something that is bearing and depressed deeply within us We cant escape the original conflict for long by changing external circumstances we perpetuate drama if the changes we make changes the symptom of our problems instead the deep causations of the pain we must dive deeper into ourselves to change Diving deeper by recognizing ´Triggers Triggers are reminders of past trauma it sets free an immediate emotional response in the body, emotional charge all people have triggers the reaction is a surface symptom of deeper unresolved trauma and unintegrated grief Using the trigger to discover your choldhood wounds The reactive dramatic reaction refers to child hood wounds Triggers always want to make you react, defend or attack. drama as an Intense state of internal conflict is in essence a reactive progression it is design ! it is designed to get other people to give us the attention that we cannot give ourselves Use triggers to dig deeper in yourself and find the root of the emotional reaction We can use them to dive deep to find ourselves buried resolved and inintegrated grief once we find the causality of Our Own emotional confilict we can adjust it Finding the causality of our conflict changes it consciousness changes to cause forever inner change leads to outer change Before having used the trigger to dive into our past to resolve the root cause outer changes do nothing we will reexperience old traumas until we are willing to dive deeper into ourselves 1. Recognize triggers as triggers, name it as such changes them so you can step back from the emotional reaction you are now observing instead of reacting 2. Recognize the messengers which cause the extreme reaction within you These are reflections of deep unresolved wounds within you Instead of shooting the messengers, recognize, watch and name them as such ---> the feeling body video (process for reintegration) Reintegration 1. Sit with the triggered emotion, accept it, dont try to feel better, being fully okay with the emotion, breathe in and out speak to your emotion: I am completeley here with you now then ask yourself 3 questions How do I feel? Name the feelings, sensation, emotions within you, allow yourself to sense the experience that you have long suppressed 2. When did I last experience the exact same feeling? Let yourself visualize it fully, so that the emotional state becomes very real let your subconscious offer up the answer to you in form of a emotion, feeling, sensation or/and images 3. When did I first experience this same feeling me life? Let yourself go all the way back Invite your past to become part of the present and allow the past to reintegrate with the now even if what you feel or sense makes no sense take note of the feelings, images, smells, sensations within your body Why do you think that you are feeling what you are feeling? What is the circumstance? be patient with this process, there is no wrong way to do this process your emotional integration process will occur organicly on its own If you cognitive suddenly understand why you are feeling as you do its because you are meant to have this cognitive understand for your emotional development 13:00 If you dont get that insight its simply because you were meant to reintegrate an emotion, most likely an emotion that occured before you had your capacity for cognitive reasoning that's before age 8 you are solely in a feeling experience of the world instead of the mental experience of the world Feeling those feelings is enough to integrate them completely from the point that you're taking back into the memory where you experience the original trauma if you feel like you want to and then it's correct for you you can alter the original experience keeping in mind that even witnessing even observing or feeling that experience reintegrates it but if we want we can take a step further to make it better: the adult self can help the child self, remidy the situation, observe the memory and alter it so that it feels positive (inner child work) Everything in your life is a cause of your child hood trauma Going back into the root experience and changing that trauma changes all of the branches circumstances will change the process takes off our intention from the messanger and the trigger to go to the root on this way you can reintegrate blocked emotions etc. this is deep emotional healing, it is reintegration Most important: Stop treating anything as it is drama, treat it as it really is: a trigger asking us to dive deeper Thanks Teal

16:00 That explains how I went from drinking a half gallon or a gallon of whiskey a week to not drinking at all, over night. I had worked on things for 20 years. I forgave myself for the last thing that I was holding on to (May 5th 2013) and I just didn't need the alcohol anymore. I've been sober for almost a year and a half. I almost never even think about drinking now. I still have some work to do but for me the triggers are obvious. I stop in my tracks and go inside of myself when it happens. I say "I'm sorry" out loud. I did it for years without understanding it. I spent so much time alone over the years that I just naturally talk out loud to myself. Before I saw this video I understood the importance of triggers and I had worked on many of mine by going inside and playing it out. There are many more that I can't find. As soon as it happens and I say "I'm sorry" the memory is gone. I block it out that quick. I will find them. I have a lot of work to do but I have little else in my life that I care about so I have the time.

I have to say, that after spending just two weeks listening to Teal's messages and working on my shadow self and fragmented pieces of my soul, I am doing well and feeling so much better. What helped me the most was to realize that the shadow part of me, as well as the devil, was not really an evil entity. Because I believed otherwise, I rejected a part of myself and labeled myself as evil. Teal Swan has shown me that the traditional views of evil versus good have been false, religious propaganda. To all who view her videos, please do not accept the negative comments made about her by so-called spiritual leaders. They are wrong. They put her down because her messages bring up their own fears and devils. Thank you so much, Teal Swan. You are an amazing young woman with a special gift to offer to the world. Blessings of healing to you dear, precious one. Many of us love you and appreciate you.

I'd like to add that, the people who I hear saying "I dont want no drama" all the time, and they do say it a lot, keeps the idea/energy of 'drama' in their mind/psyche and so they are attracting the very drama that they are constantly talking about not wanting in their life.

The most exciting thing about this info is that a great deal of it just confirms what's been downloaded into my consciousness by my higher self lately. Just hearing you briefly describe "shadow work" a few months ago is all it took - the rest just came to me intuitively, including going back to the inner child. I've recently had the intention to try to find why I have so many emotional triggers relating to my dad, and to heal them. My parents split when I was three. To make a long, convoluted story short, last week I had the experience of going back to 1986 to that house, walking into my bedroom and observing little 3-year-old me playing. I stood next to me and felt such intense emotional pain and grief. I sat with that for a few minutes to try to really feel it. Then I just knelt down, looked me in the eyes, and said, "you are loved, and I'm never going to leave you." I held me for a minute, and I said it again. Then I left. I can't say that I'm completely healed in relation to my father yet - but I will say this - Shadow work WORKS! There has definitely been a shift in my emotional body. Thank you Teal! Bless you! You've been such a help to me!

I am glad I did. I already do this contemplation of emotions already but what I had not done was look at what my reasonings were for a few "triggers" and came to the conclusion as to why my relationships do not work and why I am drawn to a certain type of lady. This is so amazing. Thank you Teal. This is why I'm were I am today. Bad relationships and so on. I also have problems with manifesting anything. It all stems back to when I was abused as a child and I need to nurture those feelings. I did stop smoking after 25 years,

Awesome Teal. This is exactly what I've been doing for 16 years, and what I teach in my books. If anyone needs coaching with this, contact me.

Teal you are the best.... This is the first time I hear someone explaine HOW TO HEAL TRAUMA.... all the spiritual ''gurus'' out there have no clue. They mention on and on how healing is the key but dont even know themselves how to do it.

My God, Teal, this is so good, and is helping me so much. Incidentally, psychologist John Bradshaw who popularized the concept of the Inner Child also wrote a book called "Healing the Shame that Binds You" and his writings correlate strongly with what you have said here and elsewhere. Your work is enabling me to integrate so much of what I have experienced, learnt and tried in the past, and for that I am profoundly grateful.
