OpenToonz Install FX and use FX Plugins TUTORIAL

Hello! What are you using are the default effects, but not the plugins - they are available anyway, even if you do not install them. You downloaded the source code of the plugins. To get the proper plugins click on third tab where it says `1 realease` and download the plugins suitable to your platform. Extract the archive into your plugins directory(c:\OpenToonz versionNumber stuff\plugins) The plugins are available via Insert/Add>Plugins> etc. The plugin files have the .plugin extension. Thank you for the tutorial but something happend and i whanted to unistall opentoonz and when i try to install the program again i am getting this message {C:\OpenToonz stuff\doc\Addlino.pdf} an error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory:moveFile failed, code 5 Access is denied!

Tried this. Didn't work. I don't know if I was supposed to unzip the file before copying and pasting the FX folders.
