can it scan any kind of images, like digitaly draw or traditional

GTS works with any image, though it is intended primarily for scanned drawings. OpenToonz can give you the same results as GTS using its Scan & Cleanup tools. However, as far as I know, OpenToonz does not support directly importing scanned images in the same manner as GTS; you will first have to scan the images separately and them import them into OpenToonz. Both are good options for tracing scanned or digital drawings.
