Nothing will probably beat this angle. Very realistic point of reference like the ships and sea waves really makes you feel shock when it goes off.

I'm really impressed about the high resolution of that video.

What always blows my mind in this angle is how fast the initial debris goes up and out of the frame vertically

The speed expansion of the nuclear explosion is like from the other world.

And think in that speed (like light in the vacum) AFTER 27m deep of water. The force of a nuclear weapon is amazing. And this a small explosion of 22kton. Tsar bomb was 50Mton. And in teory is possibke to make a 1,000Mton thermonuclear weapon, more than enought to destroy a country.

The question remains, how USS Independence and USS Nevada survived in this hell?
@josephastier74215 ай бұрын
This was a very small nuke. Basically the same one dropped on Nagasaki.

This was a Nagasaki power bomb, a mere firecracker in the world of atomic weapons.

It's strange how to boats never actually rose when the supposed wave from the blast hit them.

Can someone calculate how wide is the visible area in this video? I need to know how big this bomb was in diameter.
