Operation Enabling Readiness helps Army Reserve Medical Readiness

In an effort to effeciently, yet quickly improve medical readiness for the the most amount of Soldiers, the 88th Readiness Division partnered with Army Reserve Medical Command, NCOA Fort McCoy, and U.S. Army Garrison Fort McCoy to conduct a medical readiness event during Fort McCoy's two largest exercises during the year: CSTX and Global Medic.
Operation Enabling Readiness was held Aug. 16-25, 2023 and offered all Soldiers the opportunity to complete their Physical Health Asssesment, or PHA. Medical specialists were able to conduct vision tests, audiograms, and provide dental training for servicemembers to be seen by civilian dentists. Medical providers were on hand to screen PHAs and approve to be immediately loaded into MEDPROS.
