Operation Old Republic - DFWAP - 10/06/12

Operation Old Republic was held at DFW Adventure Park on October 6th, 2012. It told the story of the republic forces on the planet of Alderaan as they battled the evil Empire for control of it's capitol city and the surrounding area.
Follow Trooper Hammy's tragic tale of valor and sacrifice as he inevitably gives his own life for the cause!

Its kinda like this guys: If you don't want to play the game, don't play it. I produce everything from sci-fi, to hard core roleplay, to traditional milsim. Not every event is made for every player. Some games are heavy niche games, like this one. It was a Bioware supported event for SWTOR/KOTOR fans. If you're not a fan, thats fine. No one is going to be upset with you for not going to the game if its not your thing. If 1/6 of the population carrying a foam sword is too much roleplay...

Don't even look at OP: Aftermath. Although its probably one of the most badass scenario games you could ever immerse yourself in, it has melee combat too... and a role card with perk points... and a living breathing bottlecap economy... and is so closely modeled after the Fallout 3 video game, that you will actually feel like you are living it. --but i thought realism and duplication was the point of it all? What do i know? i just make games for a living.

I'd beg to differ. But rather than continuing arguing, how about this? We'll keep enjoying innovative game mechanics, and you can stay home and wait til the next "hardcoremilsim" only game. Kay? Okay.
