WOW - what an awesome version - one of the best covers I think I have ever seen on KZbin. May I also compliment that fact that you seem to answer nearly every comment. Thanks man! Well that riff is pretty much moving on one string and using a lot of open strings. The difficulty lies in finding notes so haunting and that work so perfectly with the open strings. But is nothing new. This is like a swedish and darker version of what Megadeth did on foreclosure of a dream, which is the same approach of open strings and moving notes on only one.

@GeronimoEgea4 жыл бұрын
Don't pay that much attention to the guitar price range. You could easily find that PRS I'm using there, used, for $300 usd, which isn't that much expensive than your Ibby. The real key is the amp (or the amp emulation, which is what I used for this video). You could get the best guitar in the world, in a shitty amp, and it will suck. But a cheap (but decent) guitar on a great amp will sound pretty good. For this, for the distorted parts, I used amplitube 4, using the Mesa Dual Rectifier emulation, red channel, with a tube screamer (also emulated in amplitube) in front.
