Jimmy was mad at the position that Travis was put in just by being there with his girl. Lisa stated she wanted to see what he would do and that if he hit her, it would've been a big deal. Travis being her husband and a man in general couldn't have stood there and just let the guy hit her, drive away, and then be her witness a few weeks later in court. It was Lisa's sense of priveledge that this dude would not dare hit her and that Travis or any man would instantly jump on him that really bothered Jimmy.

Kevin Hart has a great bit about this in his act. Basically about his girl mouthing off to a huge dude in a club and him just tearing out of there before she notices.
