His lack of intelligence was shown better on these Zimmerman clips than anywhere else. Normally he can present himself as informed but in a legal case with facts and data it exposes his idiocy. He recommended Zimmerman flashed his gun at Trayvon or shot him in the stomach instead 😅

GREAT follow up discussion on the verdict. Robert Zimmerman is a great advocate for his brother. I'm impressed with his logical clarity and civilized response to the incompetence of the Florida State Attorney Angela Corey, opportunistic media, and impatient public opinion who don't bother to google enough info to make an informed opinion.

It is a fair point to question how many individuals open carry or conceal carry actually understand the massive magnitude of responsibility that is placed upon them when they choose to carry. And in this specific case it is not unreasonable to think that George did not understand that responsibility, and could not act accordingly in a high stress situation. Those situations are meant to be left up to police officers , not wanna be Rambo's.
@johnnymexico4751

Zimmerman likely never encountered a drugged up, physically intimidating, and violent 17 y/o that did martial arts. But even with a police officer like in Mike Brown case, training still wasn’t enough to prevent what happened. Not very many options when a big violent person on drugs decides to attack you.

I wouldn't even say it was creepy. Look out your window now, assuming you don't live in the inner city. Now, picture somebody with their hoodie up just standing awkwardly between your neighbors houses in the pouring rain; you wouldn't ask what the fuck they're doing? I sure would; I've called my neighbors when a sketchy car was in their driveway, even when it turned out to be an unmarked cable guy's car. It's silly to think that this same situation in a GATED community is any different.

Trayvon was not doing anything wrong but he looked out of place. He looked odd so it got Zimmerman’s attention. By standing in the rain, not rushing to get out of the rain. So, Zimmerman was simply just doing what he was told, see something say something. When Trayvon circled Zimmerman’s truck he was posturing and that almost confirmed his suspicions. Then when Trayvon attacked, Zimmerman had to have been terrifying, listen to his screams!!!

If you listen to the phone call and look at the photos of Zimmerman face and back of his head he had serious injuries. The media really manipulated this case. I never looked into this case and I thought Zimmerman was guilty but the photos of his face and phone call alone prove it wasn’t intentional. He had a concussion. You have to hit someone really hard to concuss them. It’s obviously regrettable but after seeing his injury’s I seriously believe he had reason to think the worst could happen.

@Diss Raps I openly admit I was wrong. At the time the way the media portrayed Trayvon he was Jesus incarnate. They didn't even use an accurate photo of him. Based on the medias account of the shooting, a young black male/child was profiled and shot in a neighbourhood for no reason. That was the information the media presented and that isn't what happened. The media manipulated objective information/facts and made it subjective and bias. That s**t is illegal and shouldn't be tolerated. That is why the BBC is so heavily regulated. It is illegal if you own a TV and don't have a TV license. Even if you don't watch the BBC if you own a television you contribute money towards the BBC.

I am seeing people fill in gaps with w/e they want. Evidence we have favors Zimmerman but people see parts only Zimmerman can attest and point to them saying 'Zimmerman is lying, that's where he did all the bad stuff.' Like some different version of 'God of the gaps' argument for existence for God. Like 'victim in the gaps.' Every part we don't have a clear picture is where Trayvon was being perfect and zimmerman was a piece of shit. while sometimes denying or ignoring other facts outright.

Compared to these emotional types, your thinking has a lot more respect facts, so irrational people make you angry, b/c you correctly perceive the deluded minds of "emotional" people as a threat. I have absolutely no dog in the race…never got emotionally involved with this case. The one thing I really have to disagree with Jimmy on is the “courage of having a gun” statement. Dude, carrying a gun makes you *less* likely to get into altercations, trust me. Knowing you have a machine that can take life without question makes you consider every situation twice as much because at that point, you’re playing for keeps. You pull that weapon and it’s going to change everyone’s life forever, even the bystanders around you. An overwhelming majority of lawful gun owners receive no extra courage from their carry.

Should Zimmerman have stayed in his truck? Fucking absolutely he should have, police only need you to say "he went that way" when they show up they don't need you going all Deputy Dawg and chasing someone down that's not yet done anything illegal. Is Zimmerman responsible for Martin coming up behind him and hitting him? Fucking absolutely not. Just like rape victims who are raped in some awful part of town in the middle of the night aren't responsible for being raped it doesn't mean that they should been out in the middle of the fucking night in some dank alleyway.

I always wonder if Zimmerman did not fight back on purpose. Taking those blows to show injuries, and just easily shot him. It seems strange if Trayvon jump him, he still should be able to balance himself and fight back. He did weigh more than Trayvon. By not fighting back, he could win self defense case.

Dexter Buchanan "I always wonder if Zimmerman did not fight back on purpose. Taking those blows to show injuries, and just easily shot him" It makes perfect sense to purposely have your head smashed into the concrete to the point of almost losing consciousness, and then having your nose broken by raining blows in order to hopefully place yourself in a situation where you can then defend yourself.
@dexter2345
@dexter2345 10 жыл бұрын
Yeah I guess I see your point. It was just hard to swallow he could not defend himself against a 17 year old. If Trayvon did jump him, he should be able to balance himself then fight back or just identify yourself, or say "hey, hold up I'm the neighborhood watchman". Zimmerman did not have any marks on his hand. At police station after the incident, he look ok, little bloodied, I seen people that been in bar fights that look alot worse. Did he even tell the police officer that he had a headache? lol

Well, prior to public schools pauper children had a 94% literacy rate in London - in public school America, where the inner city schools are more like prisons - 40% of Washington DC fourth graders fail at "basic math literacy" (i.e. 2*4=8). Also, the prevailing model in London private schools was the Lancaster model - far more innovative than anything we use today. ***** Wow 2 black eyes, a broken nose that blood was not gushing out, a fat lip, gashes that did not require stitches, contusions, and did not even go to the hosiptal. I missed that one, thanks for the information. lol All I know is a true thug is not running away from anything especially if he has a weapon. One thing for sure following someone at night is not normal protocol for anybody unless you are a rapist, a robber, etc. Anybody knows if you meet up with that person more than likely something bad is going to happen to the follower or followee. I mean that just common sense. So, if the follower does not a criminal intent, then you have to do toxicology report on that person!! Normal people don't follow anybody but especially teenager through the neighborhood.
@dexter2345
@dexter2345 9 жыл бұрын
***** Please google links where neighborhood watch person follows somebody at night. I said it is NOT normal protocol and you know it. Reason why people don't that is so they don't be harm which makes sense. Martin standing between houses that wasn't his, but Zimmerman did not say that to the dispatcher, you got to have other witness to claim that besides Zimmerman. Remember all this is happening around 7:00, I'm sure other people might saw Trayvon walking down the street nobody else seen anything suspicious out of him. Question 1 : Does Zimmerman leave the vehicle to follow without a gun? Question 2 : If does follow without gun then their is a confrontation, does he identify himself and does he try is darnest to diffuse the situation? If your answer is no and yes. Zimmerman is the last person who should own a gun.
@dexter2345

You did not answer the question yes or no. Will I be within my rights?
@dexter2345
@dexter2345 9 жыл бұрын
***** Let's take that scenario, WHY? would your son fight me, get in an altercation with me. Maybe fear creep in, just maybe. Remember, a person following somebody at night I repeat is not normal protocol. When I meet up your son their is already tension building up, what if I said a racial slur to him, if I never said anything reach my jacket to grab something. You act like fights don't exist, it happens in school and life everyday. In most fights, somebody gets the upper hand. I am the initial aggressor, we don't live in Pleasantville or Mayberry. Their some weirdos out there. Question for you - if John Goode said, 'their both swinging at each other.' Or if Zimmerman had marks on his hand of Trayvon had a swollen jaw. Would that change your opinion on the case? You have to admit Zimmerman not having no defensive wounds and having the cleanest hands I ever seen. Did not hurt his self defense case one bit, my goodness!
@dexter2345

***** Martin going in between houses that is not assumptions?? He is a 17-yr old kid talking slang which Zimmerman would have never heard. Let me tell something I have been follow before walking home and its one of the most scariest things ever. The one thing is THE UNKNOWN is so overwhelming!! I did not go home because I did not want this creepy guy to know where I live. So if I was by house which I wasn't I would not go home no way! I did not call the police and everybody says it is not against the law to follow, all I wanted to do to is to lose this guy which I did then go home and that's it. Sometimes, it felt like a game of chess trying to figure this guy out. Unless, you been in Trayvon shoes you just don't know. One thing for sure I was in defensive mode when I knew I was being follow, you have to be.

zimmerman definitely had more than one chance to find out if martin was just walking home or out committing burglaries, but he pussed out and chose to be a creep instead; understandably angering, confusing, and scaring martin to the point where he aggressively confronted zimmerman in the midst of pursuing the teen without identifying himself as neighborhood watch.

Yet you casually leave out Zimmerman heading back to his truck and trayvon coming back around and bashing him in the back of his head, knocking him to the ground, and then proceeding to smash his face in against the concrete in an animalistic barbaric behavior. Trayvon deserved what he got plain and simple. If he had just kept walking nothing would have happened but he had to try to be some hard hood gangsta and look where that got him
