This is being marketed more like a summer blockbuster rather than a poignant, human story, which is what it should be. It feels too actiony and "mainstream", given the subject matter. Wow, just when I thought Chris Nolan couldn't possibly outdo himself, he comes out with 'Oppenheimer'. The dedication to authenticity, from shooting on real locations to using IMAX screens with 18K resolution per frame, is simply mind-blowing. This isn't just a movie, it's an experience that promises to transport us right into the heart of the Manhattan Project. I'm thrilled to see Nolan's unique storytelling and cinematic techniques being applied to a story as significant as Oppenheimer's. The cast is insane. Nolan's films have always been a treat for the senses, and 'Oppenheimer' seems to be no exception. Can't wait to experience this masterpiece in a theater.
