Optic bump optical sensor 6.5 diesel Detroit

The optic sensor is aimilar to a camshaft position sensor
It tells the computer when to send fuel
Some say advance it and it sends more fuel, I cannot provenor disprove this
However you run a great risk of destroying your engine so move it very little or jone at all.
If this doesn’t work you might have a bad optic sensor
To tell
Disconnect your crankshaft position sensor. If the engine does not start then your optic sensor or the wiring formit are bad
