I eat fresh organic ginger daily in making ginger tea and adding to my cooking. I make gold milk with turmeric black pepper. Berries are the replacement of candies and cookies. The dark 85% chocolate is always my breakfast and dessert. Sardines and wild caught salmon are on my regular menu. Walnuts, flaxseed, chia seeds, pecans and pumpkin seeds added to yogurt instead of oatmeal. Lastly acv is my favorite drink to replace alcohol. My complete list!

Replace marine fish with organic algae oil, as fatty marine fish contains large amounts of heavy metals and microplastics. The fish gets omega 3 as well as only through the algae, so you don't need the detour via the fish. Best regards,

You do realize that you are talking to a robot as if it's a real person...You're thanking a robot for giving you something when robots aren't real....hence the term "Artificial Intelligence"...it's not real intelligence so how do you know the information is good?? How do you know the information is real?? If the presenter isn't real, then the info is probably artificial too.

I have been in pain from my sciatic nerve episode, this is my second episode. My first one was around 2008 and it was so painful down my left leg in my left buttocks area I just experienced another episode four days ago and just as painful as the first time, maybe worse pain down the side of my lower leg above my ankle is very painful. When I stand up and put weight on my left leg. I began using hand weights for squats and lunges due to arthritis in my left hip and my hip significantly began to feel better along with my left knee , so I’m really taken back by this episode of my sciatic nerve I experience a few days ago. I am transitioning my diet to more fruits and vegetables which I have incorporated but now it is time to step it up at 61 years old.

I purchased the WAVwatch which treats over 850 conditions with frequencies. I too have suffered severe sciatica for the past 20 years. 1 week ago I felt the typical sharp pain in my butt & down my leg. I played the 8 minute frequency for sciatica for roughly 24 minutes & all pain is gone & has not returned!

I also experienced sciatica pain on right hip down my leg as well as plantar fasciitis. My chiropractor could not fix it then I started Massage Therapy After my first session could not believe the outcome, like a MIRACLE my pains DISAPPEARED. Had to stop going to the chiropractor because the pain came back every time I saw her. I received weekly massages for 6 months because I loved it as well as the healing hands of my sciatica.

Excellent upload, one thing I’d like to add is that intake of turmeric and its effective absorption , without any oil that doesn’t matter either animal based or plant based oils , absorption rates are significantly compromised. So please don’t forget to add little oil to turmeric water or tea. Cooking something and adding turmeric, black pepper to it is a best way.

Spinach also has oxylates in it which block absorption of calcium and other minerals so watch the spinach
@curaxa
@curaxa Жыл бұрын
it's important to note that the oxalate content in spinach and other foods alone may not necessarily lead to significant health issues for most individuals, especially when consumed as part of a balanced diet. Spinach is also rich in many other important nutrients like vitamins A, C, and K, as well as iron and folate. Its overall nutritional benefits may outweigh the potential drawbacks associated with oxalates for many people. Additionally, cooking or steaming spinach can help reduce oxalate levels and enhance calcium absorption.
