Thank you Brian for all you do! Your summary here of Sharma's book is at once inspiring and practical. I am part of a leadership team at a group home for foster youth. Turbulence is a way of life for us. We must think on our feet, navigate and negotiate multiple complex systems, and at the end of the day look out for the well being of the children and families we serve. The idea of relentless solution focus is a must for us and once that I practice daily. Again, my deepest gratitude. Please know that your way of being helpful in the world is like dropping a pebble into the ocean. It changes the shoreline whether you see it or not.

Thanks Brian. If possible try to come up with summaries of books like: Tools of Titans by Tim Ferriss and Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse.
