Great book and great presentation, Brian. Your charisma and enthusiasm is the way every teacher should aspire to be. This book had a couple of ideas that were really powerful to me. First, visualize every person you meet as having angel wings, and second, imagine every person you meet as today being their last day. It can definitely make encounters with people different.

Thank you!! And LOVED those ideas as well!!

I struggle a lot with anxiety from perfectionism. So, the practice of de-stigmatizing struggle and pain was huge for me. I recognize anxiety and best myself up for it, but I shouldn't see struggle as something as something that's wrong with myself.
