Your fixed timestep before the tweaks was at 0.002 (instead of the default 0.02). See 14:36. That's why you saw such a huge increase in performance when you put it at 0.0334. Not saying these tips are not great, of course they are, but the improvements are not as dramatic as seen here.

hi, i have tried it on my AR app, it does decrease the cpu fps, but, when i try it out on the device i have function to request texture to the server, and i think i notice a downgrade performance also on downloading(take longer to load). is it relatable? thank you.
