Correction: I misspeak multiple times and call the Long Switch the Long Hook. The item is the Long Switch.

And now I'm busying myself imagining Jabu Jabu just horking up gallons of water when you press the "lower water level" button and then slurping it all back up when you press the other one... Anyway- as I hadn't played this game I didn't know this game is where the "Zoras grow OLD"-trope came from, nor that they separated the two Zora-sorts explicitly. I kinda wanna see the River Zora's make a comeback now... and to see Link insist he's a mer-MAN.

I kinda dig how this version of Jabu Jabu does try to match his body unlike the 3D version. Even though its a complex dungeon, I find it interesting to envision Jabu Jabu as raising and lowering himself to reduce the water between his segments.

It's intriguing to see how these try to recreate sequences from the 3D games (such as sneaking past the guards and Jabu Jabu) in a 2D space, even if the results to end up being mixed in this case. Although it's been a while since I've actually played this game, I do remember really enjoying the Nayru fight. The mechanics of it were really clever and really played into the concept of trying to remove Vera's connection, and it's the one thing I still remember clearly from the game to this day. Keep up the good work ^_^

The Veran fight was good. It was fun figuring out the trick to beating her, and it pretty clever

Oh sweet, a birthday present just for me! Thank you! I always love how this game's story progresses. The fact that we actually save Nayru throughout the story instead of the end is quite refreshing. This game and Seasons are underrated gems, in my book. Love the work you put into this series! Keep it up, Paul!

Your voice is just perfect for sleeping aid. Although it does mean missing the content on my favorite zelda game but it's still a win/win either way.

One more thing, I dont know if you completed Seasons already, or wrote this down eventually, but you can sleep in the beds where Impa stays. Fujibayashi's games were the ones that gave you option to sleep to restore hearts.

I did not know this! I was aware you could sleep in Minish cap, and wrongfully assumed it started there. Thank you for pointing this out! I finished Seasons and I am working on editing those episodes. I will try to get this in to the last episode for the Oracle games at least.
