Finally an honest assessment of each county! Refreshing. When people think of San Diego they mostly think of San Diego Metro, which is really San Diego city. Which to me is a huge difference for people not from So Cal. Santee(KKKlantee) is a great example of San Diego that is kind of terrible. In regards to school districts, I agree, scores only account for a perceived metric. Most of the affluent schools suffer from drug addicted wealthy kids. So beware. I appreciate the nod to the many communities of both. San Diego mexican food is definitely better. Everything else not so good. You should also mention that many San Diegans have to fly out of LAX due to SD not having many direct flights internationally.

My GF the other day was like, you call your area Orange County not Orange and we never say San Diego County, just San Diego. LOL Were headed there this weekend for Padre's game and to grab some Cheba Hut !
