One of my all-time favorite holiday desserts is so easy to make! My orange cranberry bread recipe is full of plump, tart and juicy cranberries and flavored with lots of fresh orange zest. Plus, I glaze the cranberry loaf with a simple orange glaze! The bread is extra moist and tender, thanks to a Greek yogurt batter! You’ll love everything about this easy cranberry dessert!

This is the best cranberry orange cake recipe! I added a handful of dried cranberries to the mix and since the fresh cranberries are tart, they gave little sweet bites in combination with the tart. Thank you so much for this recipe! ❤

Hi! Yes, you can absolutely try this recipe with lactose free yogurt, it will be just as delicious! For the cranberries, I used raw cranberries; just give them a rinse and they're good to go :) Enjoy!

I'm not too familiar with equal. I usually use erythritol for baking. It should work as long as it's a baking sugar that you can use a 1 to 1 ratio.

Dear Tatyana, I made these few days ago, just replaced fresh cranberries with dried ones. These were slightly dry and dense and less sweet. I followed as is. Could you pls help me. Thank you ❤️

Hi Shane! If you wish to use dried cranberries, I recommend rehydrating them first. You'll want to place them into hot water for at least 30 minutes to an hour, then drain off the water. Hope that helps!

@@shane2692 Hi! Please check the expiration date on your baking powder. It goes out of date fairly quickly. Also, the dryness could be from over-baking. Every oven bakes a little differently so you may need to reduce the baking time for your oven. If you want to increase the sugar, I would only do an additional 1/4 cup to not throw off the rest of the recipe.
