Thanks for the shout out Stefano! Coler is great fun and it looks like you had the right tool for the job.

Used a lot of your video as mental reference on my first few runs. Coler was so much fun and the Rallon made it even better.

I really like the look of the Orbea Rallon, love the idea of customising how you want and being able to put your channel name on it, if i had the money i would buy one tomorrow, everything you do boils down to confidence, when you have a bike that breeds confidence then it's a winner, great vid mate :))

They are pricey in comparison to other online brands, but they have a few different builds that are pretty cool. As you said, confidence is key on these. Thanks and cheers mate!

Indeed it is, super creative building and superb usage of elevation. I'd love to spend a few weeks there just sessioning each trail, feel like you can get to a serious jump level in no time.

I believe they will be adding a cafe and camping in the coming year or so as well.

Those trails looks so epic, such nice weather for you too! I have to get my ass over to Bentonville soon! When are the Israel videos coming out, super excited. Best Wishes!

They were amazing and the weather was great, well, except the first day where it was almost freezing. You'll love Bentonville, so much variety, everything from mellow to 20 ft road gaps. I only got to do one video on Israel, and its lined up for next week!

Great review 👍 It’s going to be interesting to see how the Ibis, Santa Cruz, Pivot super bike companies react to the direct order companies like YT and commercial selling better specd bikes at 1/2 the cost 🤔
@BlindstuffMTB6 жыл бұрын
Yup, although, at this point it seems they aren't reacting much. I think online brands have to grow more for the others to feel really threatened.

Happy to see you around here Goat! I have to admit, I used to see Orbea as a road bike company like a year ago, boy was I wrong! Looking forward to trying some other bikes.

@@BlindstuffMTB Same here (seeing orbea as road bikes). I live in Springfield, MO now. 2 hours from Bentonville. My first hybrid/commuter was/is an Orbea Carpe. This was 2012. Orbea had a few Mountain bikes but nothing I'd consider. By 2015 they were starting to get my attention. I was shopping to replace my old mountain bike in 2016. By then the new Occam was getting great reviews. I demo'd some of the best and the Occam won out. If you ever get a chance to pedal a Terra, do it! I have two wheel sets. A 700c w 28c tubeless slicks, and 659b w 42c knobbies. It is a Swiss army wonder bike!

@@BlindstuffMTB I get down there with my crew as often as possible. I've been down there assistant teaching with Ninja Bicycle Performance (skills clinics) and I'll be back down there this coming summer to teach and ride some more!

Great informative review. If you were buying would you take the Rallon or the Ripmo?
@BlindstuffMTB5 жыл бұрын
I personally preferred the Rallon, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you should do the same. Many people have different appreciation of bikes, the only way to know for sure is to ride them both.
@Mike-pq4we6 жыл бұрын
Nice little series here, Bentonville seems like a very cool place. Had no idea until recently they were so into MTB. After demoing the Rallon, Ripmo, Foxy and Process if you had to pick one which would it be?
@BlindstuffMTB6 жыл бұрын
Bentonville is an amazing place, they've built a lot of great stuff. The walton family foundation has poured tons of money in to it. If I had to pay for it, probably the Process, if it was a gift I'd probably pick the Rallon. Its worth noting that the Ripmo I demoed was the wrong size and that may have skewed my perspective.

@@BlindstuffMTB How would you say the Rallon and Ripmo compare climbing?

nice advertisement for bentonville :)

Bentonville is awesome, but I wouldn't call this advertising, I genuinely enjoyed it and did this independently to just reflect my opinion.
@armadavegas79466 жыл бұрын
how do you like it vs the jeffsy
@BlindstuffMTB6 жыл бұрын
Its a different kind of bike, it would be more fair to compare it to the Capra. The Rallon is definitely beefier and felt more planted on crazy stuff, but the Jeffsy is a better trail bike. It comes down to what you prefer as they both great. If I lived in Colorado lets say, I'd probably go for a Rallon / Capra style bike (ignoring pricing), if I lived in a place with more up and down terrain, I'd stick to the Jeffsy, but that's just me.
