Cut it down to the base if its done flowering so it can focus more energy on producing foliage or roots

i always cut right down I don't like the secondary spikes with a flower or two.Some people dont cut anything and the orchid looks a mess imo

I cut below the lowest flower node because flower stems don’t regrow in the same spot as before. If you cut it completely it will be gone forever.

What is the name of this exact color orchid??? I have one just like it but desire to get another one the exact same color with the petals shimmering as if shimmer dust is embedded in them!!😍😍😍
