I am cosharer in property, but which property was given to me,another cosharer got passed a consent decree in favour of her daughter of that property which is in my pissession till today,what i do

Defendant has not signed compromise ,final decree was passed but they allowed compromise whollelly and partially,now is there is any impediment in execution when one of the signatory has raised objection for execution after 11 years since fdia is passed
