In layman’s terms order about 10 to 15% more then what you need so you know you have enough. Great video!!

Hi, it's easy to see that you're an absolute expert with decades of knowledge & experience. I haven't a clue except my roof needs replaced & every other home for miles has a metal roof. I don't know why, they just are! Since you seem so knowledged, I'm watching your Metal Roofs in order except now im wondering if maybe you've forgotten what a beginner really is when it comes to metal roofs and all those trim pieces you've listed on your whiteboard. Meanwhile, my knowledge base is absolute zero. When you say, "... quickly calculate the types & amounts of each trim you'll need." im totally lost. It's fantastic that you show how exactly to measure but a run thru of what trim goes where would give me a feeling of more competence/confidence when talking to a salesman or the Home Depot Dude. Thanks for the help and maybe trim types are covered in the next video, I hope so. Thanks!!! EDIT: My cat stepped on the screen mid-draft 🐈
