The second video said Read Loud instead of Out loud which I thought was hilarious and would have ranked last because of that error. Plus the text could have been centered instead of left center. Thanks for doing this.

What's a fair non-insulting tip percentage to give film editors on freelance sites? Obviously we aren't expected to pay them the same as pro editors in Hollywood film studios. But they are skilled technicians none the less. I wonder if the standard tip percentage that Fiverr or Upwork suggests is okay. Or should film editors get a little more?
