Also, I'd not say $700 USD before taxes is especially cheap; I'd put that in the "rather expensive" category, actually.

To answer both questions in this video: the excessive amount of water prior to sasuaging was caused by the sodium in the cheese drawing out the water in the frozen pork, and the oil during cooking was a combination of the pork fat rendering along with the oil separating from the melted cheese
