Hi, thank you for visiting our channel and for the comment. We did not visit any tide pools up close but that’s on our todo list for our next visit to the Oregon Coast. As for Newport, we really enjoyed it. The parts of town we experienced were quite clean and we felt safe. With that said, we didn’t make it to all parts of town but by all accounts it appears to be a nice city.
