@@Olash16 if you can get a handicap fishing license the platform at the hatchery is the best hole on the whole river but everything at the hatchery is easy access

Your story about the fly fisherman hooking fish when nobody else could is the second time in two weeks I've heard this. But I've hooked fish on the lower Deschutes on a black spinner when everyone else is throwing shinny stuff I hooked up twice.
