Oregon ONE Online Improvement Committee - December 10, 2024

The ONE Online Improvement Committee focuses on improvements to the ONE Eligibility System as experienced by its users. Committee members come from different backgrounds and all have experience with the ONE system.
After November’s meeting that wrapped up various projects, the Committee started with new ideas. The Committee’s executive sponsor spoke and answered questions. The Committee decided to investigate larger new projects (building a request for a hearing into ONE and examining iconography). Toward the end of the meeting, the Committee approved two new work items: many messages will show what program they refer to and adding a banner to remind self-employment expenses to the tax deduction screen.
