This is similar what we do in Australia. There are two hop farms in Tasmania in Australia called Bushy Park and Scottsdale. Bushy Park does almost the same method what are showing in this video. Yours explained the details. An another great video.

Good question Sergio! I DO know that about 96% of hops in the United States are grown right here in the Pacific Northwest, which totals around 60,000 acres (per 2020 USDA reports).
