Cream - mousse:
Egg yolks - 3 pcs
Sugar - 50 g / 1.7 oz
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Condensed milk - 100 g / 3.5 oz
Butter - 20 g / 0.7 oz
Gelatin - 10 g / 0.3 oz
Water - 60 ml
Whipping cream 33% - 350 g / 12.3 oz
Oreo Cookies - 80 g / 2.8 oz
Glaze:
Chocolate - 150 g / 5.2 oz
Cream - 50 g / 1.7 oz
