Oreo Cheesecake Cookies | One Pot Chef

Combining two favourite sweet treats to make something extra special, these fabulous Oreo Cheesecake Cookies are crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, with crunchy chunks of Oreos and the taste of cookies and cream cheesecake! Easy to make with only a handful of ingredients, these little babies will be snapped up in no time - give it a go! :)
Ingredients:
125g of Philadelphia Style Cream Cheese
125g of Unsalted Butter
3/4 Cup of White Sugar
1 Cup of Plain Flour
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
12 Oreo Cookies
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 12 - 15 minutes approx. (per tray)
