In fact they're the same person, but playing different roles or "masked identities". But since there isn't previous 3D Tizoc/Griffon designs, I get the point of comparing the few animations they look to have in common, though it's rare they didn't show the Justice Hurricane. Sure, they didn't show it in this teaser, but there must be a lot of beta test videos in wich it appears. Besides, the air grab comparison are completly different moves: a RDP+K in land (Dinosaur) and a HCF+P in air (Tizoc).

King of Dinosaurs is Tizocs Heel version of himself just like what pro wrestlers do. Tizoc is the babyface(good guy) and k.o.d. is the Heel version (bad guy)
