Fellow Hoosier here, still growing on the down low. Can’t tell anyone, can’t share or collaborate with anyone. I still have to work, got a good paying job. Would love to pick up and move to a legal space but sacrificing the job and taking that risk just sucks to even think about failing at this time in my life. Good to hear it’s working for you growmie!

It’s not as easy as they say . These types of plants are very finicky and the genetic has everything to do with it. Like most things, plants, people ect. We’re u from then we’re u will go from there . This is true for all living things.

I grow in dirt from the woods. Its really exciting. I have found a millipede that was bright orange almost 4 inches long. About gave me a runaway attack. Also saw a scorpion but he disappeared before I could get the tongs so that's fun.

I really like this episode. mostly because he uses the same soil as me and I mix my own nutes and minerals. 4x4 grass roots bed. Blumat system (thanks for the idea on that). I just do 3-3-3 in soil, 3-1-1 veg, 1-3-2 early flower, .25-3-3 late flower I also use no humic acid. love your shows!

A 2x4x1.5 raised bed will hold 79 gallons or 10.5 cu ft of media. I agree 100% on the organic and hands off approach. I have a 4x8 raised no till bed. I top dress once a month with craft blend and water every other day with tap water. Super simple and get great results

Alwase mix top soil with, compost, premium organic potting soil, peat moss, vermiculite, and perlite. Then start out with bone and blood meal, with micro nutrients. Later, I use Alaskan more bloom just before and during flowering. I may use some Epsom salt, ash or banana peels. Depending on how they look.

Using the fiber and stone pre filter and skipping the 3rd R O Filter works pretty well. Or half this way and half R O Gives you more calcium

This is very useful info 💯🤓🙏 thanks dude PS I inadvertently challenged myself by not knowing prior that organic grows are easier in larger pots 🤦🏼♂️ instead i used various sizes from 1 & half to 3 & half gallons (my thinking was maybe autos would be better suited in smaller containers) The upside is it will be a nice learning experience at the least ? Worst case scenario is any potential signs of becoming rootbound would mean a no choice transplant to a bigger pot

@jm12green315 ай бұрын
No offense to this guy but reminds me of so many newer type growers that spend a ton of money on expensive products and learn on the fly. Just so much different than how some of us started years ago with a simple book and learning to make your own soil trial and error. Can you imagine how much it cost for 30 or 60 gallons of build a soil?
@melrezlittleranch5 ай бұрын
Yes, it must have been expensive. I used the TLO home made soil, it is going on five years old and gives great results.

All that not necessary. K.I.S.S. All that soil testing. Gotta learn how to make your own soil, very simple. I love Build A Soil, but.... $$$. I top dress twice during the grow, timed right just b4 and during flower.

@Whitetail_Cannabis6 ай бұрын
✌️😁🌱
@KickYouInTheThroat6 ай бұрын
You dont have to chuck out your RO waste water. Thats a choice. Mine gets saved and used for cooking and hearty outdoor plants. People need to use their brains. Also when you scale an RO system the waste ratio goes down. People are always finding some reason to not like RO water but its never a good reason and is mostly misunderstandings, lies, and people not thinking clearly.
