Hi Pixie Retreat - Next time you find yourself without the classic pipping back, improvise. Just use a new Zip-Lock freezer bag (they're thicker) and just cut off one of the corners and viola, you have yourself a handy dandy new pipping bag. Just make sure you snip off a little corner & then test squeezing the dough thru it, to make sure it's the size you want. Enlarge the hole a little at a time.
