Organist Entertains Midland Console Memories 1972.

While sifting through more old reel-to-reel tapes! I came across this March 1st 1972 edition of the BBC Radio 2 Organist Entertains. And with the many old BBC Home Service "Midland Console" programme recordings I have posted on KZbin. I thought this was quite an interesting listen!

I've got a LP of Jack Helyer playing the Ritz/Odean Nottingham Conacher.The pipe work was housed in two chambers,one on top of the other in the left hand side wall.The record I have was transfered from a Sunday morning gathering of either the COS or the TOC,I forget now.
