I really sympathize with you and I wish that I could wave a magic wand or send the scrapbook fairy to visit your craft room. Does the scrapbook fairy exist??? lol … Sometimes I think so ... especially when I find something in my room that I don't remember buying. When I was organizing my 12x12 paper pads, I found that I four of one paper pad … I still can't believe that I bought that many (and I know that one of them was a gift) but maybe the scrapbook fairy left me a few!!! It takes time to get organized but understanding how you craft is the most important part of the process … just think about where you will use your adhesives and then try to find a place for them nearby. Try to find a home for each thing in your craft room so that you always have a place to store it and you will always know where it is. I think I've probably reorganized my paper at least 5 times just in the last few years, so sometimes you have to try different things to figure out the best solution for you. Find what works for you and if something is not working, then change it. I know it can be overwhelming but don't stress out … just take it one day at a time and each and every day try to do at least 15 minutes of organizing in your room. Before you know it, you'll be more organized and you'll enjoy your craft room so much more!!!
