Hello po, sorry to hear that. Na adjudicated na po yung papers from uscis meaning mahirap po baguhin yung information. Otherwise they will reject po at magstart po kayo ulit. Mag inquire din po kayo ng immigration lawyer if they can fix. Or try to call uscis or send letters of explanation if magsend po kayo ng RFE.

Hello po. I Just want to know po, My priority date is Nov 2015 and my case was approved by USCIS nung Sep 2020. Upon checking at their webiste (CEAC) using my case no. and invoice no. It says that my case is still in NVC. How many years po ang process ng NVC para po maaprove ang visa? My visa class is F24 unmarried son over 21 years of age. Thanks po ❤

Hello! Can the beneficiary be the preparer of I-130 application form too? My mom is LPR and I am her beneficiary, I help her to fill application,we are filling together, and in the first section they ask is someone assists you to fill application, I want to notice that I was preparer, however,I am afraid of that it will be disadvantage for our case because I am interested person. I believed there is nothing wrong if you put your name as a preparer even you are a beneficiary because you have a statement that in part 8. 7.a You are not attorney or acredited representative but you prepared the petition on behalf of your mom and with her consent. The uscis need an honesty in all of the process.

I-130 form is the correct form for this situation: The parent is a US citizen residing overseas, she moved overseas when she was 6 years old. The mother she has two children who were born overseas and she will like to get her children US citizenship.

Hi: I'm in the process to apply for my Mother with form i-130 and i-485 concurrent filing. She currently has B1/B2 Visit visa and she came to visit me here now in the USA. So I just applied for her i-130 online last week and I'm preparing her i-485 documents to mail this week. But for some personal reason my Mother needs to go back to her home country for a few months. So my question is: 1. What will happen to her i-130 application I just did online and what other consequences will happen if she goes back now and comes back after a few months? 2. Will she have any issue re-enter in the USA after a few months since I have applied for her i-130? 3. Should I wait to file i-485 until she comes back to the USA? Your help will be highly appreciated.

If approved po ang I-130 petition hindi po kasali if denied yung I-485. Mostly sa I-485 is for fiance visa at nasa USA po ang beneficiary.
