They are definitely good! But I think no music is or was ahead of its time, ever. If it happens, then it is time :) I heard this expression used in many situations that involved some new or revolutionary sound along the way. Yes, every once in a while there comes someone with something new, and it blows your mind, but it is here to be appreciated by those who can and want to :)

I love how they do the whole Sci-Fi/futuristic thing, without overloading on the electronics. It seems more real than a lot of bands that just tack the superficial "future" sounds onto an average pop song. They keep the human element... real humans interfacing in real time with real instruments... and it's more immersive for it, not less.

I'll settle this 5 year old disagreement. Teach you all something. The singer of any band owns the name of the band, so Jay is Orgy. Back when this comment started they still existed, I'm not really sure now it's 2019. Remember Drowning Pool, the singer died. The original members of the bad kept the same name in memory of there homie, that being said that band died when the singer died even tho they kept making music. Like NBC says, "the more you know".

I love this song, the first time I heard this was on channel “the box” before mtv2 took over. I bought their cd at target, I was about 7 years old and I’m still listening to this in 2019. R.i.p Alexander we were the very few to know about orgy in Chicago. A memory that stays in my mind is one time going to a 2hr drive mall and busting vapor transmission CD in the van way before the aux / Bluetooth / smartphones existed. Good times 🙏🏽

I STILL love this band - 22-23 years later!!!!! My friend YuffieBunny at the time and I made "Orgy's Bedroom" a fansite & they had us listed on their official site. We were stoked!! I know I was! (LOL)

I was already older when this first came out.... 32; when I first heard it I was absolutely Blown Away. Band that totally took me down a different path in music. From a older person listening to Classic Rock and hair metal... To this day in my early fifties listening to goth and Industrial

This was the peak-era of music videos. With very, very few exceptions - There hasn’t been a music video that cost of more than $1M since 2005. These videos really fleshed-out the songs and made them more meaningful and memorable. Absolutely incredible.

This will always hands down be my favorite Orgy song ever. 20 years, have proven just how much this song really was ahead of it's time. Warner made a huge mistake when they let these guys go. It's 2020 and boom just like that, Julien-K is about shred the metal scene once again. The new line up of Orgy has a new album around the corner as well. Karma Kastles is great. The other song I have been hearing I like better. It's time for Nick, Carlton, Creighton, and Jay to rise like a phenoix from the ashes. #newmusic #talksickwashotbutthisisfire

I know this is a 3 year old post but at the time of writing it Orgy had been a band again for 10 years and they are still together. Also they were never on Warner specifically they were on Elementree and Reprise Records you know the label started by Frank Sinatra.... Now they are on their own label Run by Jay and his Father D1... I mean love you love em but facts man facts.
