Thank you soooo much. There is not really any other youtube channel which demonstrate origami patterns as extensively as you do. Thank you for that.

*Big brain moment* Make all the flaps center flaps so you need 0×0 grid xD . . . Great video as usual, can't wait to watch the next episodes :)
@ThePlantPsychologist4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! by the way, the 0x0 grid would have just been the minimum grid, so a minimum of 0 wouldn't tell you that much lol

in the example provided, would you be able to meander the 3 unit river instead of the 2 unit one to fill up the space without creating another flap? 16:26

About the ballpark gridsize formula, since its (sum of tree lengths * 2) / 4, isn't it easier to say is is just (sum of tree lengths)/2?
@ThePlantPsychologist2 жыл бұрын
it is, i just write it that way so it's easier to remember where the formula comes from

Can rivers overlap each other
@ThePlantPsychologist2 жыл бұрын
No, although you can use a pythagorean stretch to overlap them a little bit.

Wait, um I have a question, wouldn't that be g>S/2? (gridsize, sum of tree lengths)
@ThePlantPsychologist3 жыл бұрын
Yes, that's right, but i wrote it like that so it's easier to understand where it comes from

If the sum of the tree lengths equals x, isn't 2x/4 the same thing as just x/2? Oops, didn't watch long enough.
