@@jaevionfrost3049 Yes, that is true. It is just a major trope in anime/manga/hentai that someone wants their senpai to notice them for reasons.... Usually of a romantic/obsessive bent. If you look at Lex, he kinda has that level of obsession in regards to the creation of Super Boy.

I read the entire Geoff Johns Teen Titans run then when Infinite Crisis came along I cried when Superboy died. He was one of my favorites.

OldSchool nah prime just wanted everything to return to how it was and to go back home. After new earth he was sick and tired of these new heros claiming themselves to be heros when they were during some of the worst deeds of all.

I hate to be that guy, but, in the reign of the supermen storyline and his own title after that, Conner does not have the power of flight, he has what they called tactile telekinesis which he used to fly. I liked the way they did his character in Young Justice, it was a rendition of the different characteristics

It's more than just allowing him to fly. Initially tactile telekinesis allowed him to simulate some of Superman's powers (basically flight, super strength, and invulnerability). Unfortunately, his invulnerability only worked against physical attacks but not against energy attacks (heat would hurt him, such as when was helping Steel land from orbit and the heat from Steel's outfit caused Superboy's gloves to catch on fire and he was in pain from the heat).

The Young Justice comic book series was amazing. I love how Peter David made them feel like kids dealing with kid issues, while also dealing with serious matters. Among them were Arrowette’s mom trying to live vicariously through her daughter, the time Lobo went on a date with Empress, Secret’s origin, and of course, the death Arrowette’s school counselor, which resulted in Arrowette seeking the killer, persuaded not to, and while in trauma, saying she was a villain and would have to get cleavage,

Luiz Neto he’s done them for Nightwing, Arsenal, and Miss Martian so far. And if I remember right Wally was in the one he made for the Flash. He also did one about all of the Robins. He might’ve done others but these are the ones I know about.

I'd also recommend all of the original run of Young Justice. I reread it over last week, finishing up last night, and it's really good. You get to see Superboy really mature as a character.

I love the Superboy from the nineties, but I honestly love the Young Justice cartoon version more. He's very relatable, and he does a lot of growing over the show's run. I also like how they kind of simplified his origin story by making it so Robin, Kid Flash, and Aqualad were the ones to find him and introduce him to Superman and the Justice League. I also thought it was cool how they made it so that Superboy doesn't have all of the powers of Superman, and they had him focus on becoming a better fighter who makes use of the powers he does have. All and all, Superboy rocks!

Young Justice: Outsiders doesn't feel the same as YJ Season 1 and Season 2 , the story is structured towards Darkseid which is the only redeeming quality of the 3rd season, but the Animation, Fights and Characters don't feel right and is lacking.

No section bumpers AND verbal announcement of the next section (such as history, powers, and reading recommendations), no "I'm gonna talk about that later" or "you might wonder blank, and I'm gonna talk about that now". I like how he couldn't fly like superman so he had to get the human supressent patches from Lex Luthor so he can temporarily have all the abilities of Superman. I think this is a good way to develop the character more and give a statement that sometimes you have to rely on the enemy to succeed.

The new 52 version was a Clone of Jonathan Lane Kent the son of Clark Kent and Lois Lane from the future with Lex Luthor’s dna spliced in to keep him from dying from some meta disease. His Tactile Telekinesis was a field he generated around his body that could expand outward giving him a zone where he could manipulate everything inside also it expanded his sense of touch to include everything in it which was really freaking weird.
